FINDING TRUE NORTH

After losing their biggest client, North, an indie creative agency in Portland, turned to Sweat + Co to help them to launch what they called North 3.0. They needed to adapt to project-based client relationships and operate as a modern agency. The Sweat + Co team ran its Agency Vitals Assessment to establish the agency’s core identity and discern where there were opportunities for improvement. Then, we collaborated closely with the management team to revamp key elements of their agency, from business model to company structure to communications to creative process. The end result: a new, nimble and true North.
