Lexie Alcon Chaudhuri
Lexie helps brands develop communications strategies to build trust, increase brand awareness and support meaningful relationships. She believes strong storytelling will continue to be an art form that Artificial Intelligence (AI) cannot replicate. Lexie started her career at Edelman and has a background in business-to-business media relations.
She earned her BA in Advertising & Public Relations from Loyola University Chicago, and her MBA from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine.

Maggie Gaynor
Account Executive
With a background in journalism and marketing and a BA in Public Relations, Maggie loves helping brands to drive results through storytelling. She is passionate about creating meaningful client relationships and is always excited to explore new strategies and ideas to help them succeed.

Michelle McSorley
PR STRATEGY
During Michelle McSorley’s 20+ years in PR and communications, she has led Nike Canada’s public affairs efforts, served as Global Director of Corporation Communications for Bauer Nike Hockey, run her own PR consultancy and led PR for creative agency 180LA. Current and past clients include JohnXHannes, Observatory, HAYMAKER and AMP Agency.

Julie Nickerson
ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT
Julie is an industrial organizational psychologist with a background in product design and process innovation. Applying art + science to business problems she provides strategic organizational development solutions to help individuals and teams tap into their best selves, and build competencies to strengthen those charged with leading transformational change.

Digital Marketing & Content Specialist
Jocelyn specializes in helping organizations manage their content and digital marketing strategy efficiently and effectively. She marries her love for creativity and her respect for the story data tells and provides solutions to achieve business goals. Over her career, she’s worked alongside non-profit organizations, start-ups, small business owners, and digital marketing agencies.

Tatiana Setty
NEW BUSINESS COORDINATOR
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Tatiana has a huge passion for finding aesthetically pleasing brands, products, and designs. A multi-tasker and organizer at heart, Tatiana manages the Sweat + Co team and coordinates schedules across the board.

Renee Talavera
Account Coordinator
Renee has a BA in Communications/Public Relations from California State University, Fullerton. Through school organizations and senior-level projects, Renee has helped clients reach their goals of growing their social media presence, leaving a lasting impact on audiences. Since starting at Sweat + Co in 2021, she has grown immensely as a person and PR professional. At Sweat + Co, Renee coordinates and assists with multiple accounts, often taking a tactical approach to help shepherd clients toward their goals. In her free time, Renee enjoys watching movies and shows, spending time with friends and family, and baking.
